Before you book
What information do I need to book?
Just your pick-up and destination, the date and time, the number of passengers including children, a name and contact address, and your flight number. It takes a couple of minutes.
How do I pay?
For version 1 we confirm your transfer and arrange payment with you directly — there is no online card charge at the moment. You will always know the price before anything is agreed.
Can I book a return from a different resort?
Yes — simply place two separate reservations, one for each leg, each with its own pick-up location.
Which vehicles do you use?
Shared transfers run in modern minivans; private transfers use executive cars or minivans according to the vehicle class in your booking.
What is your emergency number?
You can reach us 24/7, and your driver’s direct number is printed on your voucher.
Before you travel
Do I need to reconfirm the return leg?
No. Your return is already booked — there is no need to reconfirm the service to the airport.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight in real time and adjust your pickup automatically. Your driver waits up to 70 minutes after you land, free of charge. For a prolonged delay we will arrange an alternative under our Terms & Conditions.
Can I change my itinerary?
Email us at michael@winteride.com and we will update your travel details. Please note that changes may not be possible within 48 hours of departure.
Do you carry ski and snowboard equipment?
Yes, and it is included. One piece of ski or board equipment plus one suitcase per passenger travels free on every leg.
Are your suppliers insured?
All of our suppliers hold full public liability insurance. We still recommend you hold a valid travel insurance policy for your trip.
After you land
Where will we meet at the airport?
A Winteride representative greets you in the arrivals hall, unless your voucher states another meeting point.
What does the price include?
For shared transfers, the price covers a seat per booked passenger plus one piece of luggage each, per leg. For private transfers it covers travel for up to three passengers with luggage as specified, per leg.
What is the difference between shared and private?
A shared transfer is an affordable group ride, generally a minivan, with multiple pick-up and drop-off points. A private transfer is exclusive to your group, with the driver greeting you and taking you straight to your address.
Do I need to tip the driver?
No. The price you pay includes everything. Any gratuity is entirely at your discretion.
